Please allow The Wine Room on Park Avenue 5-7 days to process your order. Shipping time is in addition to the processing time required to deliver an order.

Return of Wine Purchases

The Wine Room on Park Avenue cannot accept opened merchandise for exchange or refund. Once any item is opened it is considered used and final sale, unless the item is defective. All sales on Rare Room Wines are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund. If you feel your purchase is defective, please bring your wine purchase along with a copy of your dated receipt to our store during regular business hours. The Wine Room, at its discretion, will replace the product or provide you with another product or products of equal value. The Wine Room does not cover damages resulting from neglect, unauthorized modification, accident, misuse, abuse or any action which constitutes on on deviation from industry wine storage procedures.

Return Policy for Food Purchases

Opened merchandise can not be exchanged or refunded unless the item is spoiled. If you feel your purchase is spoiled, please bring your food purchase along with a copy of your dated receipt to our store during regular business hours. The Wine Room, at its sole discretion, will replace the product or provide you with another or products of equal value. The Wine Room does not cover damages resulting from neglect, unauthorized modification, accident, misuse or any action which constitutes a deviation from industry food storage procedures.

Return Policy for Accessories

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your dated receipt to The Wine Room during regular business hours within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee applies on all accessories not returned in the original box, unused, and containing all original product packaging.
