RED WINES BY THE GLASS
Big fruit flavors and ample richness. The nose pops with lots of floral tones, cherry, raspberry and hints of blackberry. Soft tannins.
Deep violet with blue shades. Complex aromas, combining violets, cherries and sour cherries in oak. Flavors are concentrated, with black berry fruits, ripe plums and tobacco leaves.
Delicious aromas and flavors of fresh-picked blackberries, cola, cinna- mon, cherry pie and vanilla bean. Sweet oak notes of spice, roasted marshmallow, caramel and vanilla complement lingering, bright red and black berries.
Balanced flavors of red and black fruits, smooth tannins and soft spice give way to a velvety finish.
WHITE WINES BY THE GLASS
Pale gold in color. Aromatic, with scents of apricot and peach. Fresh fruit flavors perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and mineral character.
Bright, straw yellow color. The aroma is reminiscent of peach and apple. The flavor is full, crisp and clean.
Citrus and tropical fruits backed by characteristic herbaceous notes for which Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is renowned. The finish is fresh, zesty & lingering.

CHAMPAGNE BY THE GLASS
Crisp, dry and loaded with fresh citrus flavors. Lemon zest, grapefruit and tart green apple notes. Light and refreshing.
Aromas of raspberries, cherries and a few secondary whiffs of minerality. A lively mousse but fine in the mouth, with subtle red berry flavors enlivened by bright acids.
Pale gold in color, abundance of delicate bubbles. Floral aromas of fruit with subtle predominance of white fruits: pear, apple, almonds and hazelnuts.
Hints of toast and a citrus background completes its distinguished aroma. Its creamy mousse is perfectly integrated on the palate, making its mouthfeel fresh, rounded and evocative.
Delicately floral aromas of honeysuckle are followed by flavors of ripe yellow apples with only a hint of sweetness. The finish is clean with lingering apple flavors.
Baked apple and toast aromas with a hint of vanilla. Very lively mouth-feel with croissant, honey and orange zest flavors. Crisp acidity reflects a tart, youthful finish.
